About Me

Hi, I’m Donna Newbold, LCPC.

I believe that every person is creative, resourceful, and whole—but life has a way of testing us. Grief, loss, stress, caregiving, major life transitions, or simply the uncertainty of today’s world can leave even the strongest among us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process those challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I blend evidence-based techniques with compassion, curiosity, and even a little humor. My goal is to make therapy approachable, comfortable, and effective. I know the idea of starting therapy can feel intimidating, so think of it less as a formal appointment and more as a supportive conversation where you can be yourself.

Over the past 13 years in practice, I’ve worked with individuals navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, grief, trauma, life transitions, caregiving stress, and more. I am passionate about supporting people from all walks of life, including seniors, veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those managing chronic illness or pain.

No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can create a personalized approach that helps you feel grounded, empowered, and ready to step into your best life.

If you’re curious about how therapy could support you, I offer a free 15-minute consultation—just to talk, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

Let’s connect.
